Zlatko Vidoša was born in Zagreb and graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture. He is a certified mechanical engineer. His professional career began as an engineer on the installation and construction of new major facilities (central gas station and refinery plants). He led projects in the construction of new gas fields and condensates. As assistant project manager, he worked on the construction of the most important main gas pipelines in Croatia.

Since 2007 he has been working at EKONERG as quality supervising engineer, expert supervising engineer of mechanical engineering and chief supervising engineer in construction and reconstruction of mostly main hot-water pipelines and steam lines in Zagreb and Osijek, i.e. in the construction of parts of plants and power plant overhauling (EL-TO Zagreb, TE- TO Zagreb, KTE Jertovec, NPP Krško). Since 2015 he has been working as departmental manager and manages the activities of the Construction Management Department.
